Halloween

Another Halloween has come and gone and although I have heard a lot of people commenting on how not many houses handed out candy and there are fewer and fewer kids out trick-or-treating, it did not seem to be the case in my neighbourhood! I noticed most houses were decorated to the max, and we had 191 kids come to our door in the pouring rain! so I guess it all just depends on what kind of neighbourhood you are living in!

here are a couple pictures of my nephews this halloween, Darcy the skunk, and it was D.J. the tiger's first halloween this year! :)

Summer has finally arrived!!

Well it finally happened! The constant rain has finally stopped, and the sun and heat has finally decided to show up!

All I can say is, its about time! Now we can start to enjoy summer and all the hiking, camping, and star gazing that comes with it!

These photos were from the past couple summers, the top one was at my cabin in the Cariboo, and the bottom one was at my in-law's summer cottage in the Okanagan.
